Energy Healing Session

Service Description

Holistic Healing Session simply means that I will use a combination of modalities in one focused session. Sessions include energy healing with crystals, reiki, and some basic sound therapy to effectively balance and unblock your energies to ensure they are well-functioning and operating in harmony. Many sessions will start with simple sound therapy using a bell or bowl to break up any stagnant energy surrounding your body and energy field. I will use crystals to entrain the energetic frequency of the chakras- resetting them back to their original state. Reiki is added to enhance and facilitate deeper energetic healing of anything that may be causing the chakra imbalances.
